CMYK Magazine
In 2013 CMYK Magazine explored a re-imagination of their brand, considering a move from the format of a print magazine to becoming an iPad app. I worked with their team to develop the brand and create advertising materials to support their endeavor. We worked through several iterations of the logo, landing on a design that merged the strong existing brand with a more forward-thinking concept. Using traditional printing marks with contemporary materials, we brought the brand forward from its print design roots into the new digital space. Their goal was to evolve their brand while keeping true to the core values that developed their loyal reader base.
