Fannie Mae

At EY-Intuitive, I collaborated with a team of researchers, developers, and designers working with Fannie Mae as they updated their user experience across a wide variety of platforms. I focused on supporting their new future state planning and design for B2B and API integrations. We used research results to create detailed wireframes and a new architecture for the process of a user integrating with Fannie Mae, from the intake process through to the management of their applications. In the process of updating the functionality, we also created a more beautiful and intuitive user experience.

Along with my role as a Senior UX Designer, I also operated in a project management capacity, facilitating communication between the design, development, and research teams, and internal client stakeholders. I worked closely with the client to manage expectations appropriately, and set realistic deadlines, resulting in positive outcomes.
