Navistar
With a team at EY-Intuitive I worked on a pitch for Navistar to update the e-commerce experience for their Fleetrite product line. The updated site allowed users to more easily search for and purchase products, while also updating the brand’s look and feel. The project also included a new mobile experience, allowing drivers to troubleshoot mechanical problems in real-time, purchase replacement parts, and navigate to the nearest mechanic. The pitch was a quick turnaround of 1 week from conception to presentation to the client. I worked with an agile team of 3 — myself as a senior UX designer, a design director, and an engineer, to get the site wireframed, designed, and developed into a fully working demo, which was received very positively by the client and generated new business for the firm.
