Royal Caribbean
With a dedicated team of designers at EY-Intuitive I collaborated to create an updated flow for users to check-in for their Royal Caribbean cruises. The flow allowed users to have a more streamlined and guided experience as they registered and readied their group for a cruise. The project scope included a mobile experience as well as an icon system.
Challenges
The flow for users to check in to their Royal Caribbean cruise was visually outdated, hard to follow, overly complex, and not mobile friendly.
